I was invited to prepare Living Foods for a Lovely Lady who was having her Business- Grand Opening Tonight. She had a very nice turn out (she runs a woman's exercise club called Butterfly Life), and Everyone responded in a very positive and enthusiastic way to the Food. They asked questions & ate everything! I feel very happy because people are ready and I love sharing living foods with people! People in the Mid-West are beginning to open their eyes and see the Beauty and Possibilities of Fresh and Living Foods....Yippee :))))
I made Veggie Sushi Wraps, Green Leaf Bundles, Shiitake Mushroom Sunflower Seed Pate, Green Parsley Sunflower Seed Cheese, Collard Greens with Veggie Platter for Green Wraps, Chili Lime Spiced Almonds, Pumpkin Seed Brittle, Medjool Date & Walnut Truffle balls rolled in Carob, Egyptian Cinnamon, Plain & Glazed.
